Do you have experience of providing a range of administrative support to a busy team including analysing basic data and producing reports? Are you proficient in the use of IT packages, able to work to tight deadlines and have a flexible approach? Are you looking for your next challenge, if so, then this may be the role for you.

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Claims Administrator to join our busy in-house Insurance and Claims Team on a full time, permanent basis to support the continued work of the team and wider department.

Main job responsibilities:

To provide high quality support and administration services to the Insurance and Claims Team. You will process claims and ensure these are managed appropriately and within timescales. Some of the responsibilities will include undertaking checks to whg insurance policies and administration of the customer Home Contents Insurance scheme, ensuring excellent services to customers.

 

We're looking for someone who has:

· Proven experience of working in a busy team providing excellent administrative support preferably in a claim/insurance environment

· Proficient in the use of IT packages to support delivery of work

· Experience of analysing data to produce report

· Excellent attention to detail

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team showing a flexible approach to delivery of tasks to deadline

· Ability to analyse data and produce report for wider team use

· Good communication skills both written and verbal
